Oyster Shucker

Built from years of experience shucking oysters in restaurant kitchens, this is a simple, purpose-built tool made to work. The forged stainless steel blade is strong and compact, with a fine tip for finding the hinge and plenty of control once you’re in.

Finished with a solid wood handle, each shucker keeps the rough character of the forge while still feeling comfortable and secure in the hand.

Hand wash only. Dry immediately after use and never put it in the dishwasher.
