FROM KITCHEN TO WORKSHOP
Over time, I explored different ways of working with my hands—from wood and metalwork to studying design and cooking professionally. Each experience taught me how materials behave, how tools should feel, and why function matters.
The transition from chef to knife maker felt natural. It brought together my love of cooking with my passion for crafting enduring tools made for the job. Working in kitchens taught me that the right tool is not optional—it is essential. Your tools matter, and the right knife can completely change how you work.
